Mat & Mobility Coach

Sage specialises in control, breath, and alignment. Her classes slow you down just enough to fix your form, deepen your core work, and leave your body moving smarter, not just tired.

Strength & Reformer Coach

Jerry brings precision and pace to the Arena. He blends athletic conditioning with Motionformer sequences that challenge your power, balance, and coordination, without letting your form slip.
