About our service
No machines. Just you, the mat, and your discipline.
MP1 strips things back to mat work and small props so your body does the heavy lifting. You’ll build core strength, mobility, and endurance using bodyweight sequences that sharpen control and improve how you sit, stand, and move through your day.
